Meatloaf was one thing my family normally stay away from due to previous underwhelming experience. I gave this recipe a try not only because the ingredients appeal to me, but also with the Thermomix, I get to skip hand mixing that chopped meat. The result is a very satisfying comfort food that is now one of my son Jack’s favorite food. Served with egg noodle and pureed mushroom sauce. Now this is how to meatloaf! ~ Michelle
2. Roll up the meat using the parchment paper to shape into a loaf then pinch the edges to seal. With the seam side up, place the pan upside down on top of the meatloaf making sure the loaf is inside and as centered as possible. Then quickly flip the parchment paper and pan right side up. Use the spatula to center.
3. I used my combi steam oven in Steam Bake mode to give it a crispy brown topping.
