This year, being mindful of the uncertain times, we opted out of our annual Christmas Eve dinner with friends. Always up to the challenge, I decided to prepare dinner inspired by the Feast of the Seven Fishes. I selected seven types of fish, sourced mostly from my freezer, then planned to prepare them as individual dishes.
I have to admit that the menu is quite ambitious. But I was confident that with access to over 65,000 recipes fully integrated with my Thermomix, I can certainly make this happen! This amazing kitchen appliance simply made short work of the marinades, the sauces, the soup and specially the risotto. Everything turned out scrumptious, and the leftovers were surprisingly minimal. Exhausting as it was for me, the happy faces at the dinner table made it all worth it. This may just be the start of a new tradition. ~ Michelle
