Baking bread is a skill I picked up during the lock-down. I started my own sourdough starter because yeast was scarce. There’s a certain zen in touching and folding the dough and seeing it grow and develop. Sourdough is an exercise in patience. It took baking many breads before achieving what you see in this post.
