Annalisa and I put the WunderSteam and the WunderCap to the test using our go-to Shrimp Scampi recipe. This is our first in-person Cook in Tandem session and on location in Delaware. Annalisa prepped the shrimp and I was in charge of the pasta. How did we steam a 2 pound bag of shrimp without adding additional cooking time? Easy! We stacked two of the WunderSteam in the Varoma® dish and spread the shrimp around it! To cook the pasta, we replaced the blade with the WunderCap and boiled water like usual. We stirred the pasta once while cooking with the WunderSpatel. The best part of this process – wait for it – no pasta detangling required!
