Bomboloni is an Italian doughnut. The name alone was so enticing that I just had to make it so I can have a taste of what I’ve been reading about. After two failed attempts that both ended up as brioche loaf, I finally nailed it. This was made with sourdough and filled with Crema Pasticerra (Boston cream) – light and airy with cream in every bite! ~ Michelle
